This website accepts equipment quotation requests and does not collect online payments. Submitting a request does not place an order or create a payment obligation.

For a purchase arranged with our team, ask for the applicable cancellation, return and refund conditions in the written quotation before confirming your order. Product-specific conditions should be agreed as part of that purchase.

To discuss an existing order, contact info@medcentra.ae with your order reference and the reason for your request. Please do not send equipment back before receiving return instructions.
